H.E. Patrick Renault, Ambassador of Belgium in Canberra,

will give us an insight in:

"How the Belgians see the Dutch".

Date/time: Wednesday 30 May, 7.00 pm.
Where: Abel Tasman Club, 60 Rosstown Road, Carnegie.
Dinner: Mussels and frites.
Cost: $24 p.p. including coffee or tea. Drinks at Club prices.

H.E. Mr Patrick Renault has been Ambassador of Belgium in Canberra since September 2009. Since 1989 he has held the positions of Diplomatic Advisor of the Vice Prime Minister-Minister of Labour and Chances Equality; Director Press & Communication-Ministry of Foreign Affairs; Ambassador in Pakistan and Afghanistan; Dean of the Consular Corps-Sydney and Consul General in Sydney, Australia. He has been a diplomat since October 1987.
